Web Design:
I set up all web accounts using the 1and1.com web hosting service. The current rates are $48 per year. This includes 1 Domain Name with Web Hosting. For an additional $60 I will design a web page that uses up to 4 individual pages. Each additional page requires a $5 set up fee. Digital photos can be sent to me via email or through the mail on CD. There is no charge for me to put these photos onto your web pages. Traditional photos may be sent to me, but there is a fee of 50 cents for each photo I must scan. I will do basic cropping, rotating, resizing, and contrast adjusting of all photos at no fee. All hard copies will be returned to the customer for a $5 flat fee.
There is no extra fee for Typesetting as long as it is not excessive. Large paragraphs of text should be emailed to me so that I can copy and paste the content into your site. If I am required to do major Typesetting, additional fees will apply. Remember: as the Client, you need to examine ALL content for accuracy and verify that it is correct, BEFORE sending it to me.
Once your intial payment is sent, you have 30 days in which you must send all photos, text and any other content that I'll need for your site. After this time, any unpaid balance shall be due. If further work is required, due to a delay in sending me your content, then you need to sign up for a Web Maintenance agreement.
The Web Maintenance agreement is charged per year at the annual rate of $50. It allows you to have monthly updates to your site for a flat fee (up to 12 total). These basic updates are for existing pages. You can add, remove, or update images and text.
For example, if your phone number or address changes, your site will be updated to reflect that. If an item had been "For Sale" it can later be removed or marked "Sold." All update content must be sent electronically. Major revamping of your site will require additional fees. Adding new HTML pages will be subject to the standard $5 fee per page.
Corporate Identity:
I can design you a brand new logo, or I can rework an existing one. There is an basic fee of $60 for any logo development. You will be given anything from 5 to 10 options. Then you'll get a chance to pick your favorites or suggest alternatives. These will once again be reworked and then you'll be able to choose a finalized logo. I can also redraw your logo as crisp, vector art. Such artwork can be enlarged without losing quality. There is no flat fee for this, but instead, I'll have to quote you a price after seeing your logo.
Promotional Materials:
I can create a custom business card layout for $50. If I've designed a logo for you, the fee is $30. Letterhead designs start at $25, although the price is only $15 if I've designed a logo for you. I can also design brochures of any kind, but I must quote you a price based on your specific needs. I can set up your artwork in a fashion that allows it to be reproduced for Screen Printing, Offset Printing, Vinyl Stickers and/or Embroidery.
Photo Related Services:
In addition to scanning your photos, I can also do advanced photo editing such as Photo Restoration and/or Manipulation. I can repair tears or scratches. I can remove or add objects / individuals. Each project is unique and I'll give you a quote before starting.
Payment:
Any payments made through the internet are collected through the PayPal service. PayPal allows you to use several payment methods, uncluding credit card transactions. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can go here to set one up. Many services, uncluding Ebay accept this method of payment.
A minimum payment of $50 is needed in order for you to order services for web design as well as logo development. Smaller projects (less than $50 in total) require full payment, up front. Before returning your artwork or sending your project on CD, all fees must be paid in full.
